Hynes Industries recently partnered with a warehouse automation company, which creates robotic systems around storing, retrieving and moving inventory, to launch a roll form tooling project and reduce labor installation costs. The extensive project included reengineering roll form tooling used to build individual components, designing a fastening tab to drive down labor costs, and expanding production capabilities for shelving components.

December 6, 2016 (CLEVELAND)—To support ongoing growth goals, Hynes Industries, a leading North American manufacturer of rolled formed shapes, strip steel and flat wire, announces organizational changes in executive and commercial operations roles.
The new appointments will serve to support executive leadership, business development, sales engineering and customer success.
Hynes Industries will be exhibiting at Solar Power International 2016, September 12-15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company will showcase its years of experience in solar mounting metal fabrication at booth 123 throughout the show.
In addition to Hynes’ show booth, the custom metal fabricator will offer tours of its North Las Vegas facility throughout the week, located 20 minutes from the convention center.

ARF adds roll forming expertise, West Coast presence to metal fabrication leader.
American Roll Form Products (ARF), a full-service, custom metal fabricator, announced its acquisition by Hynes Industries, a 90-year-old leader in roll formed shapes and strip steel products. The deal closed on Aug. 18, 2015.
The July issue of MetalForming Magazine features an article by American Roll Form Products Senior Technical Director of Product Development Randy Myers. The article, “Roll Forming—Making the Case,” touches on the benefits of roll forming and the stages of production that need to be optimized in order to get the most out of it.
American Roll Form Products will be attending Intersolar North America July 14-16, 2015, in San Francisco, California. ARF will be walking the exhibition hall to learn from the brightest minds in solar and educate companies about strategic ways to reduce costs of producing mounting systems.
ARF has experience fabricating and redesigning solar applications including panel support channels, ground mount racking, roof mount racking, ground pilings, module rails and PV framing.
