Organ joined Hynes in 2016 and has led the growth of many manufacturing companies. He joined Resilience Capital Partners in 2015 and was previously CEO of two private equity-backed aviation businesses: Schneller and Align Aerospace. He has also held roles with Valvoline, KeyCorp and Ernst & Young.

Moe joined Hynes Industries in August 2019 and has led transformation initiatives for clients ranging from middle-market companies to Fortune 50 firms. As COO, he leverages his experience in driving organizational change and data analysis to improve business processes and decision making.

Day has spent more than 15 years in the manufacturing and metal industries in several finance and accounting roles. Prior to joining Hynes in 2017, he served as CFO of private equity-backed Glunt Industries and publicly traded manufacturers Universal Stainless & Alloys and RTI International Metals.

Having been with Hynes for over 35 years, Giambattista previously served as Senior VP of Marketing and Sales and General Manager of the Roll Formed Products Division before assuming his current role. Today, he is responsible for purchasing direct materials, equipment, and contracting services.

Droder joined Hynes in 2018 to oversee Commercial Operations. Previously, he was Global VP of Sales at ERICO (nVent), President at MBC (Digitas), and a Partner/Principal at numerous global strategy firms including A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young.

Vujnović has 28 years of progressive engineering and leadership experience, specifically in automotive, stamping, roll forming, machining, chemical processing and manufacturing, automation and equipment design. Prior to joining Hynes in 2022, he ran his own engineering company for over 20 years.
