American Roll Form Conducts First Aid/CPR/AED Training

On November 17th, ARF was very proud to offer a First Aid/CPR/AED training course to better prepare our team for a medical emergency in one of our facilities or out in the community. The training was provided by Mark Bradford of Cintas First Aid and Safety and included 14 employees from various segments of our organization including management, production, quality, and materials. The group spent a 4 hour afternoon learning about dealing with health issues ranging from cuts and breaks to heart attacks and strokes.

The training continued ARF's trend towards health and safety in the workplace. In October, Automated External Defibrillators (AED) were installed in both facilities and our first aid kits were upgraded. AED systems have been shown to dramatically reduce fatalities in heart attacks. ARF is now better prepared to help our employees, customers, vendors, and community members should the need arise.

Join us in thanking and congratulating the following individuals that took place in the training:

David Kermode
Frank Shavers
Kim Adams
Clarence Tanner III
Dan Hickman
Jim Coyne
